Delicious sweet chilli and cheese twists

This is the most simplest recipe, they're full of flavour and they make delicous snacks!






What you will need:
Cheddar (of your choice)
Puff Pastry
Sweet Chilli Sauce








Method:

1. Preheat oven to Gas mark 7 and prepare baking tray(s). Roll out your  pastry in to sections and cut accordingly. They don't need to be neat or precise at this stage.


2. Smother pastry slices in as much or little sweet chilli sauce and sprinkle your cheddar over the top, so that it starts to look a little bit like a pizza



3. You will then want to get hold of the ends of the pastry and twist until the pastry looks like a 'twist', the ingredients should be within the pastry but don't worry if any seeps out, I think it adds to the home-made look.



4. Once you have all your twists ready place them on a baking tray and place in the oven for around 20-30 minutes, make sure you check as the time with depend on the thickness of your pastry! Once golden brown take out and enjoy hot or cold!
